If you are reading this, you are probably tired of outbreaks that show up at the worst moment and take a week or more to go away. Herpafend is a supplement many people in the US look up for that problem. We read the whole official site, the refund policy and the fine print so you can decide in a few minutes.
Review Facts

Our verdict
What we like
- The 60-day guarantee starts at delivery and accepts opened bottles, so you can really try it.
- One-time payment. No hidden monthly charge.
- $49 per bottle and free US shipping on the 6-bottle package.
- Simple routine: two capsules at night.
- The seller warns buyers about fake copies and names the one official store.
What could be better
- The sales page does not show a full supplement facts label.
- No published clinical trial of Herpafend itself.
- Shipping is not refunded, and you pay postage to return bottles.
- The smallest order is 2 bottles.
- Strong sales language, with countdowns and "low stock" alerts.
In short: Herpafend makes sense for adults who already know their diagnosis, want to add something to their routine, and like the safety net of a guarantee that accepts opened bottles. It is not the right choice if you hope for a cure, or if you need to see every ingredient and dose before you buy.
Is Herpafend legit?
Yes, in the sense that matters before you pay: it is a real product, sold by a company with a US address (Miami, Florida), with a written refund policy, a support contact and a one-time payment. We did not find any sign of a hidden subscription.
The site also says the plain truth that every US supplement must say: the product “is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease,” and its statements “have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.” That is the standard legal notice for supplements, not a warning about Herpafend in particular.
Can Herpafend cure herpes?
No, and no product can. The herpes virus stays in the body for life (WHO). What medicine can do is make outbreaks shorter, milder and less frequent. Prescription antiviral tablets (acyclovir, valacyclovir, famciclovir) have the strongest evidence for that (MedlinePlus).
A realistic goal for a supplement is to support your body between outbreaks, next to what your doctor recommends. If someone promises a cure, walk away.
What’s in Herpafend?
The official sales page describes “a blend of natural ingredients” and “clinically studied ingredients,” but it does not show a full supplement facts label with names and amounts (checked October 17, 2026).
The “Scientific References” list on the official video page gives a clue. It links to studies on:
- Elder (Sambucus) extract, tested against the herpes virus in the lab;
- Echinacea purpurea, tested against HSV-1 and HSV-2 strains in the lab;
- L-lysine, studied for preventing herpes outbreaks.
This suggests what the formula is built around, but it does not confirm the exact ingredients or doses. Lab results also don’t always carry over to people. For lysine, the human evidence is mixed: doses under 1 gram a day did not seem to help, and a few small trials at higher doses found fewer outbreaks (review, 2017). Read more in our L-lysine guide.
Many review sites publish a full Herpafend ingredient list. We could not confirm any of them on the official site, so we don’t repeat them. The simple fix: ask support for the label before you order, or check the bottle when it arrives — you are still inside the 60-day guarantee.
Herpafend side effects
The official site does not list side effects, allergies or drug interactions (checked October 17, 2026). Without the full label, nobody outside the company can check the doses or allergens for you.
Use the same care you would with any new supplement:
- If you take regular medicine, or you are pregnant or breastfeeding, show the label to your doctor or pharmacist first.
- Don’t give it to a child unless a pediatrician has seen the label. (The FAQ says it suits “all ages,” but we would not rely on that without the label.)
- Stop taking it and get medical help if you notice a rash, swelling, trouble breathing or any reaction that worries you.
Price: which package makes sense?
| Package | Per bottle | Total | US shipping | Extras |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2 bottles | $79 | $158 | Paid | — |
| 3 bottles (90-day supply) | $69 | $207 | See note | 1 bonus e-book |
| 6 bottles (180-day supply) | $49 | $294 | Free | 2 bonuses |
Prices from the official site on October 17, 2026. Totals are the per-bottle price times the number of bottles.
Note on the 3-bottle package: a banner on the page says 3 and 6 bottles ship free in the US, but the 3-bottle box itself says ”+ Shipping.” Check the total at checkout before you pay.
How to choose:
- Lowest amount today: 2 bottles, $158 plus shipping.
- To follow the 90-day routine the seller recommends: 3 bottles, $207.
- Lowest cost per bottle: 6 bottles, $294, free shipping. The seller says most buyers choose this one. It only makes sense if you plan to take it for months.
How the 60-day guarantee works
This is the part that lowers your risk the most, so here are the exact rules from the official Returns & Refunds page:
- Count 60 days from the day the package arrives, not from the order date. Keep your delivery confirmation.
- Email support first. Don't mail anything until they approve the return and send you the address.
- Send the bottles back, opened or not. The policy says "both opened and unopened product may be returned."
- Pay the return postage. The original shipping fee is not refunded either.
So the real cost of trying Herpafend and not liking it is the shipping plus the postage to send it back. On the 6-bottle package, the US shipping is already free.
Is Herpafend on Amazon?
The official site has a clear notice: Herpafend counterfeits “are being sold on Amazon and eBay,” and genuine Herpafend is sold only through its own website. A bottle from another store may not be the real product, and it is not covered by the 60-day guarantee.
We also found several websites that use “Herpafend” in their own name and call themselves “official.” Many of them simply send you on to herpafend.com, but they are not the store. Before you type your card number:
- Look at the address bar. The checkout must be on herpafend.com.
- Don't buy on Amazon, eBay or marketplaces. The seller says those copies are counterfeit.
- Save the order email. You need the order number for the guarantee.
The buttons on this page always open herpafend.com.
What we would like the seller to improve
We say this so you can decide with every fact in front of you:
- Publish the full label. It is the most common question buyers ask, and the easiest to answer.
- Fewer pressure tactics. The page uses countdown timers and “low stock” alerts. You don’t need to rush: the prices were the same in both of our checks, on October 16 and 17, 2026.
- Name the experts. The video mentions a scientist without a name. Testimonials use changed names, which the site says is for privacy.
- Media logos. The page shows “As Featured On” logos, with a note that those outlets don’t endorse the product.
None of this means the product doesn’t work. It means you should judge it by the guarantee and your own results, not by the sales page.
Who Herpafend is for
- Adults with a confirmed HSV-1 or HSV-2 diagnosis who want something to add to their routine.
- People who already see a doctor, or have talked with one about outbreaks.
- Buyers who like a trial with a safety net: 60 days from delivery, opened bottles accepted.
Who should skip it
- Anyone who hopes for a cure. It can’t cure herpes.
- People who are pregnant, breastfeeding or on regular medication, until a doctor has seen the label.
- Anyone with sores near the eye, very large or painful sores, sores that don’t heal after 10 days, or a weak immune system. See a doctor now (NHS, MedlinePlus).

Frequently asked questions
How long until I see results? The seller says some users notice changes within “a few days to weeks,” and recommends at least 90 days of daily use. Results vary, and there is no published trial of the product itself.
Is Herpafend a one-time payment? Yes. The official FAQ says it is a one-time payment with no recurring charges.
How fast does it ship? The site aims to ship within 24 working hours. US orders usually arrive in 3 to 5 business days.
Does Herpafend work for genital herpes? The seller says it is for HSV-1 and HSV-2. For genital herpes, prescription antivirals are the proven treatment, and daily antiviral medicine also lowers the chance of passing the virus to a partner. Talk to your doctor.
Can I take it with valacyclovir or acyclovir? Ask your doctor or pharmacist, and bring the product label. Without it, nobody can check for interactions.
How does it compare with other supplements? See our supplement comparison.
