The short version: Forti Prime is cheaper to try (one bottle, $69, free shipping). On a 6-bottle supply, both cost $49 a bottle. Herpafend has the friendlier refund and talks about herpes directly. Neither one publishes a full label with amounts, and neither can cure herpes.

Ingredients
Herpafend names L-lysine, vitamin C (from camu camu), Echinacea purpurea, elderberry, zinc and vitamins D3, E and B6 on its long sales page — the order page shows no label. Forti Prime names graviola, green tea, Panax ginseng, vitamin C, vitamin E, selenium, olive leaf and an “Essiac tea complex,” plus “more.” Neither gives amounts.
Of all these, L-lysine is the one most studied for herpes, and the results are mixed — see L-lysine for cold sores.
Either way, ask the seller for the full supplement facts label before you buy, and show it to your doctor or pharmacist if you take any medicine.
Price
To try Forti Prime you spend $69, with free US shipping. To try Herpafend you spend at least $158 (2 bottles), plus shipping. For 3 bottles, Forti Prime is cheaper ($177 vs. $207). For a 6-month supply, both cost $294 ($49 a bottle) with free US shipping.
Refunds
Both offer 60 days, but the details differ:
- Herpafend: counts from delivery; opened and unopened bottles are accepted; shipping is not refunded; contact support before sending anything back.
- Forti Prime: counts from shipping; you must return all bottles with the form that came in the box, to an address in Aurora, Colorado.
With both, you pay the return postage.
Our verdict
- Choose Forti Prime if you want the cheapest first try, or 3 bottles for less.
- Choose Herpafend if you want a product that names herpes and is built around lysine, and a refund that counts from delivery and accepts opened bottles.
- Choose neither if you hope to cure herpes, or if a doctor hasn’t cleared a supplement for you.
